Q: What is the passenger capacity for your tenders?
A: All our tenders are permitted for a maximum capacity of 55 passengers in addition to the Capitan and ship hand on board. Currently we have 10 tenders ready for service.

Q: Is there a minimum amount of time we must contract your tender services?
A:
Yes, we do have a minimum of two (2) tenders for three (3) hours of service. This does not apply to emergency medical transport service.

Q: Do your tenders meet all international safety requirements?
A:
Safety is of primary concern to Cabo Tenders Services. We have yearly government inspections to assure prime vessel conditions. On each tender we provide life jackets, first aid kits, flair guns and VHF radios. In addition our staff is instructed to assist passengers in the boarding and debarking from the tenders.

Q: Who are some of the cruise ships you provide tender service for?
A: We service most cruise ships coming to Cabo. Disney Magic, The Norwegian Star, The Elation, Pride, Statendam, Mercury, Spirit and all USS navy ships calling in to Cabo San Lucas Bay, just to mention a few.

Q: How long does it take to get from the ship to the docks?
A: Depending on the anchoring position assigned to the cruise ship travel time vary. Typically it’s a 7 to 10 minute maximum shore tender ride. Most passengers enjoy our tenders as an additional fun memory to their vacation.
